Where do I see what notifications have been sent to a client?


If you need info on notifications sent to a client, go to the Messages page in your AppointmentGuru account.

Check on the status of your notifications and find out if:

  • an SMS notification has been sent, delivered or failed
  • an email notification has been sent, delivered, opened or failed

To access the Message status page, click on the menu bar at the top left of the screen. Click on Messages to open the page.

On the Messages page, you'll be able to:

  • Click on a message to open a panel with message information.
  • View whether a message was sent, delivered, opened (email only) or failed.
  • Search for a message by client name or number.
  • Search for only failed messages.

If you'd like to check what notifications were sent for a specific appointment, you can do so by clicking on the appointment from the Calendar page > Open Appointment or by finding the appointment when searching for the Client from the Client page.
