One invoice for many appointments

For those clients who book many appointments and you'd like to invoice for all of them in one invoice.

Adding many appointments to an invoice is easy. Here's how:

  • Find the client by going to Clients and click on the Account tab.
  • Select the appointments you'd like to invoice for, a menu with three options will open (adding medical coding, create the invoice or add a received payment). Select one of the options, whichever applies to you and continue on the invoice creation path.
  • Once you've finished working on your invoice, you'll be able to send it by SMS, email and WhatsApp.
