Occasionally you'll need to cancel or reschedule an existing appointment:
- Find and click on the relevant appointment.
- A menu will open, click on Cancel or Reschedule to remove or change an appointment.
- Notifications will be sent confirming the change.
I am a client and I'd like to reschedule an appointment
- You'll need to have the AppointmentGuru app on your phone, login once it's downloaded.
- Tap on Appointments and find the related appointment.
- Tap on the appointment and then on Reschedule to choose a new date/time.
- If Reschedule is greyed out, it's probably because it's within 24 hours of the appointment. You'll need to contact the Practitioner directly to make the change as a cancellation fee may apply.
