Submit an invoice to medical aids

You can send an invoice to medical aids using our "send to medical aid" functionality:

Steps

• Click on the three dots on an invoice -> send to medical aid
• Choose a medical aid from the dropdown
• Choose if you would like to send it from your email address, or on behalf of the client (this determines who will get the auto-responses from the medical aid)
• Optionally cc yourself
• Click send

How it works

This will send a copy of the invoice as a PDF to the selected medical aid. Depending on your selection, it will either send the invoice from your email address, or from your client's email address.

Note: Password protected invoices are not encrypted when sending to the medical aids.
