It can happen that iOS stops updating your AppointmentGuru calendar. You can fix this by refreshing your iPhone calendar.
To refresh your iCloud calendars, open the Calendar app on your iOS device, and then tap the Calendars button at the bottom. When you get to your calendars, drag down on the list and release.
