How do I see which client has a birthday today?

You'll be able to view a list of birthdays from the home page in your AppointmentGuru account. Click on Birthdays (top-right) and view a list of today's birthdays as well as birthdays for the month.

To add birthdays, follow these steps:

1. Click on the Menu icon > Clients and find the client who's birthday you'd like to add.
2. After clicking on their name, a page will open to the right, click on the Client Info tab.
3. Clicking on Edit to the right of Medical aid information and adding their ID number will automatically populate the birthdate field. Alternatively, click on Show more fields in the first column (under Billing Address) and the birthdate field will open.
4. Remember to Save.
