Adding and editing notes to an appointment or client

Adding notes to an appointment can help to keep track of a client. You'll be able to refer back to those notes when you see clients repeatedly by viewing them on the Client page.

Here's how to add notes:

  1. If you're on the Calendar page, click on the appointment > Add a note. If you're viewing the client, click on the Notes tab and click on +NEW NOTE.
  2. In the screen that opens, add a note title > Create.
  3. Optionally add more notes and/or upload a file.

Here's how to view notes:

  1. Navigate to the client via the Clients page and click on NOTES.
  2. In the box that opens, view the notes that you've added over time.
