We've got some new and updated features to share with you!
Included are:
- A birthday list showing clients who's birthdays are today and this month.
- Reschedule or delete a series of repeating appointments (instead of doing it one-by-one).
- Better-looking reporting because sometimes things need a refresh.
- Note-taking has improved functionality.
Birthdays
Delight your clients and remember their birthdays! From the Home page, click on Birthdays (top-right) and view a list of today's birthdays as well as birthdays for the month. You'll need to add birthdates beforehand, more here.
Manage repeating appointments
Reschedule or delete a series of repeating appointments. For example, if a client sees you every Thursday at 10am and you'd like to change all future existing appointments in a series to Friday at 10.30am, you can! More here.
Revamped reporting
The reporting page in your AppointmentGuru account has been revamped! Prettier graphs and some minor fixes to the data displayed. Click on the Menu icon > Reports to see more.
Better note-taking
New additions to note-taking includes a more streamlined interface and allows file uploads. More here.
Right now, these features are only available in the web app but not the iOS or Android apps.
